THE INDICTMENT OF FORMER PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP
A rabidly anti-Trump Prosecutor (he campaigned on "going after Trump") has now indicted a former United States President for the first time in American history. Using an alleged crime the DOJ and Federal Prosecutors declined to pursue, Alvin Bragg, acting as a jury, determined that former President Trump committed a Federal Election Campaign Finance crime, elevating a misdemeanor crime of falsifying business records to a Felony under NY statute.
The Hoke County Republican Party Executive Board stands with our fellow Republicans in outrage at the further weaponization of our legal system. Undoubtedly, this is a dark day for our Republic, leading to a further division among Americans. Unfortunately, political persecution will increase nationwide until we are indistinguishable from the broken and despot governments we confront worldwide.
Regardless of political affiliation, we will rally and stand with Conservatives to fight for America's future and regain our Constitutional Republic form of governance. The weaponization of the legal system demonstrates to even the least politically active American that corruption is beyond control and that we must band together to take back America's destiny.
