Hello, Hoke County!
The Hoke County Republican Party is gearing up with a fantastic schedule of summer events.
We have become a "Must Go" campaign stop for many State-level campaigns. We started with Lt. Governor candidate Allen Mashburn at our April monthly meeting and will host Lt. Governor candidate Hal Weatherman this Thursday (May 18th) at our May meeting. We have a July Judicial Rally and BBQ to bring candidates for the Supreme Court, Superior Court, and District Courts to speak to you on how they will guard the Constitution to ensure laws are just.
I invite you to come out and hear from our candidates their ideas for the future of North Carolina.

GOP Monthly Meeting
Our monthly meeting is this Thursday, May 18, 2023. 7 p.m. at PK Grill and Pub located at 155 Airport Dr, Raeford.
Our guest speaker will be Hal Weatherman, candidate seeking the Republican nomination for the office of Lieutenant Governor.
A native of North Carolina, Hal received his undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University and his Master's Degree from Wheaton College. Hal is the founder and President of the Electoral Education Foundation, a 501-c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing election integrity efforts in North Carolina. He served as Chief of Staff to former North Carolina Lt. Governor Dan Forest and former US Representative Sue Myrick. Hal is a published author and has advised many Conservative candidates and campaigns over the last three decades. Hal is open about his Christian faith, his love for his family, and his call to serve others.
Come hang out with other Patriots and learn how you can get involved with the party.

NC Republican Convention
The NC Republican Convention will be held June 8-11 in Greensboro.
The Convention business (voting by delegates for Party leadership) will be held on Saturday. Trump is speaking Saturday night at the dinner.
Delegate tickets are $75. Other dinner VIP packages are available.

Kids Small Business Entrepreneurship Camp
The Hoke GOP in conjunction with Sandhills Community College, Raeford-Hoke Chamber of Commerce, Rockfish Chamber of Commerce, and Affairs of the Family are sponsoring a Small Business Entrepreneurship Camp at the Hoke Campus of Sandhills Community College June 12 - 15.
This camp will help your child build confidence and learn about the joys of entrepreneurship. Campers will use their interests and passions to start their own business - our experienced instructors will help coach your child so they can be up and running by the end of the week. We promise that this camp will be fun, interactive, informative and most importantly create opportunities for youth to realize that there are many viable career options available in today’s marketplace!
This is for kids ages 11 to 14. The cost is $115, but scholarships are available. Email [email protected] for scholarship information.
Bulk Chicken Sale
We are hosting a bulk chicken sale to benefit the Open Door Soup Kitchen in Raeford.
Hoke County Open Door Soup Kitchen offers hot meals, a clothing pantry that has clothes for the whole family, and a food pantry that can provide a box of food for a family of four for 2 days or more. They feed 100 to 150 people per day.
Visit the House of Raeford site to place your order no later than noon on Wednesday, June 21. Then pick up your order Saturday, June 24 from noon to 2 p.m. at Rockfish Uhaul located at 2950 Lindsay Rd, Raeford, NC 28376.
Judicial Freedom Rally
This past Friday, members of our executive board went to support the campaign fundraiser kickoff of Judge Warren McSweeny, candidate for Superior Court Judge 2024.
As we’ve already begun seeing with the recent NC Supreme Court ruling to restore voter ID, reverse the redistributing ruling, and end felony voting, voting for conservative judges MATTERS.
That’s why the HOKE Republican Party will be hosting its first Judicial Freedom Rally, on July 29 from 3-6 p.m. It will be held at 2437 Gainey Rd., Raeford.
Here, voters will get to talk to and listen to judicial candidates running for our district and state.
JUDICIAL RACES MATTER! This is how we elevate Hoke and North Carolina.
